These terms explain purchases from OXVANDO at https://oxvando.com. OXVANDO is operated by OXVANDO COMMERCE LLC.

  1. Products and selecting your option

Review the product description, size, colour, included items and selected option before ordering. Availability depends on the selected variant.

Use products according to their instructions and safety information. Supervise pets where indicated. Clothing sizes refer to the person wearing the garment unless the product description states otherwise.

  1. Prices and payment

Prices are displayed in US dollars unless another currency is expressly shown.

Review your selected products, quantities, discounts, shipping charges, taxes and final total at checkout before submitting payment. Available payment methods are displayed at checkout.

  1. Promotions and discount codes

Promotions are subject to their displayed eligibility, quantity requirements and combination rules. Discounts apply only to eligible products and orders.

A coupon advertised for a future order applies to that future order. Free express shipping is available for eligible orders with a merchandise subtotal of US$50 or more after discounts, when offered at checkout for your products and address. Standard shipping remains a paid option.

  1. Orders and delivery information

Provide accurate recipient, contact and delivery details. Check your selected products and delivery address before placing an order.

Contact support@oxvando.com promptly if you need to request a change. Changes depend on the order’s processing stage and cannot be guaranteed after dispatch.

  1. Shipping and delivery

Delivery is available only to supported addresses using the shipping methods offered at checkout.

Order preparation and transit are separate. Displayed delivery dates are estimates, and items in the same order may ship separately.
