Products and choosing your option
Review the product description, size, colour, included items and selected option before ordering. Availability depends on the selected variant. Use pet products as instructed and supervise where indicated.
Prices, payment and promotions
Store prices are displayed in US dollars unless another currency is expressly shown. Review the total, discounts, shipping and taxes at checkout before payment. Promotions are subject to their stated eligibility and combination rules. A discount advertised for a future order applies to that future order only.
Orders and delivery
Provide accurate contact and delivery information. Delivery is available only to supported addresses and shipping methods offered at checkout. Preparation and transit are separate; displayed delivery dates are estimates. Items may ship separately. See our Shipping Policy for charges, timing, tracking and delayed parcels.
Returns, refunds and cancellation
Our Returns & Refunds policy explains the 30-day return request window, item condition, return shipping, cancellation requests and refund timing. Contact us before sending a return. The registered mailing address is not a returns warehouse.

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled. Do not use the website for fraudulent orders, unlawful activity or interference with its operation.
Customer rights and support
These terms do not exclude or restrict rights or remedies available under applicable consumer law. Changes apply prospectively and do not remove rights associated with an existing order.
